Two hours after applying CURECODE® Double Barrier cream, you can see that CURECODE ® 's lamella lipids form multiple layers of lamella to protect the skin (A). In the fifth stratum corneum, it can be seen that the lamella layer is increased by the cream (B).

The skin is damaged by the external environment. As a damaged skin model, rubbing acetone into the skin several times removes lipids from the skin and impairs skin barrier function(A). On damaged skin, CURECODE® begins to fill the stratum corneum with instant lamellar lipids(B).

CURECODE® Double Barrier Cream perfectly restores the lamella structure of the 1st stratum corneum(A). Even the 5th stratum corneum shows the lamellar structure of the cream filling(B).

TEWL(Trans Epidermal water Loss) is the amount of water that evaporates through the skin. Low levels are healthy skin. Applying CURECODE® Double Barrier Cream to healthy skin keeps your skin healthy and healthier. When applied to damaged skin, it quickly normalizes the damaged skin.

The results of this experiment were presented at the 2019 Gordon conference.
